  There is absolutely no such thing as customer service at this place! They just rush you a long and usually get my order wrong so I refuse to go here. Go across to McDonalds where they take the time to get your order right and have the decency to say "thank you have a nice day."

  An older gentalmen was running a flat bed to take a car away and one of he men inside came out screaming at him cause he was holding up the drive through line up. Be respectful everyone has a job to do Tim Hortons I was so ashamed of how you treated your fellow elder.

  They are fast and has good hot chocolate. Sometimes i have difficulty with the people who have strong accents and dont speak much english cause i have to repeat my order over and over.

  Ive stopped going to this location when possible, Staff seem lost most of the time and trip over each other ( with the manager standing there watching them fumble). The in store wait is terrible due to usually having minimal staff focused on that section. Drive-thru staff doesnt get much right (ie: ordered a bagel with cream cheese was given a muffin with cream cheese instead) and the coffee usually tastes burnt. In my opinion Tim Horton's menu food items are terrible and this location is a good example of that.
