  The ladies up front are always amazing 100% of the time. However at times it would be better if they had more knowledge of what's going on with the problem. When I was called the first time I had it explained what was being done but it felt like I just had to take their word for it rather than the evidence that it needs to be done. I know more about cars then the average person so when I was told it just needs to be done I wasn't very convinced.

  Communication still also needs work. They have a phone line a text line and an email. Which I think is amazing they have all this stuff but it seems like Brad ends up being the one communicating everything back because they are overwhelmed with phone calls or people booking appointments or maybe they are missing it.

  I had a complex, intermittent problem with a remote starter that Brad installed 15 or so years ago on my 2001 GMC Sierra. Basically it began interfering with the vehicle security and sleep system. Fortunately I have another vehicle so he was able to take his time, and after 4 weeks and a few workaround attempts, Brad personally got everything working properly again. And he didn't charge me anything! That was more than fair and not what I was expecting. Thank you Brad and staff!

  I would give 3.5 stars if I could at this point and possibly move up but I'll stick with the 4 as they do work hard and they don't try and rip you off like 99% of other shops out there.

  The cost was very reasonable in comparison other shops in town, but also their inspection was much more in depth. There are 5 vehicles in our house hold, Maintenance dollars mean alot to me. I deal with auto repair shops frequently i gotta say if i could sum it up these people are pretty damn fair and do a damn good job .

  I’m very happy with the service I received from Auto Trust. Not only did they do what I wanted done they went above and beyond what I needed. Although I didn’t need an oil change yet they managed to get it done with little cost to me.

  I found a vehicle to purchase in Stettler Alberta , as this vehicle was meant for my daughter i wanted a good safety inspection. It was a last minute kind of thing, no other automotive shop in town could help me out . Brad @ AutoTrust fit me into the schedule. The car was inspected and i got what i was after, The vehicle was not in that good of shape. The mechanic was thorough, Honest and professional. pointed out a few things that surprised me . I am super Happy about my experience there.

  Me and my family were on our way back from BC, we live in Prince Albert Saskatchewan. We just passed through the city and our alternator belt shredded to peices. Being on a Saturday the only place that was open was Canadian tire. The service shop wasn't open but the girl at the front desk knew a mechanic at Auto trust she contacted him and he came in on a Saturday night boosted our car put on the belt and barely wanted to charge us anything. His name is Brad, one of the nicest guys I've ever met. That place is lucky too have him. Highly recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks again Brad!!

  If anything about this place is they work their butt off if you are unhappy. I have a very stubborn oil leak in my car. I was unhappy that it was handed back to me with the oil leak still going and the actual issue left unchecked. The oil issue is STILL there but that is because it is an extremely stubborn one that is very hard to locate the exact cause and will take some more time to drive around and get more tests done. Usually I would just tell them what I want replaced because I know the problem just lack the tools at this point. After I voiced my concern Brad contacted me back and immediately got to work correcting their wrong. They gave me a loaner car as I only work in town twice a week and they did everything they could to investigate the problem without me having to spend a bunch of extra money to do it.
